Superdrug knocked half off the price of their Oral-B Vitality Pro Electric Toothbrush in a sale that ends after December 19 - making it cheaper than Boots. The well reviewed budget toothbrush originally retailed for £49.99, but is down to £24.99.
Boots sell the exact same version for £25, but Currys have also discounted it down to £24.99. Without any other discount, Amazon come out on top with £24.87.
The real bargain comes with this cashback trick: if you sign up to Top Cashback and follow the links, you'll be able to save an extra 15 per cent specifically on Oral-B products at Superdrug. That works out to £3.75, bringing the price down to £21.24, making it the cheapest option.

Unless you are buying more than one, which makes the dual pack worth it, especially if you are a couple. Superdrug are selling it for £39.99 (so each toothbrush is £20), compared to Boots' £40 and Amazon's £39.99. With the Top Cashback discount, it's £6 off, bringing it down to £33.99 (£17 per toothbrush).
The toothbrush comes with three different modes, including daily clean, sensitive and sensitive plus mode. There's also a built in timer that helps you stick to the two minute, dentist recommended brushing time.
Basically, this is a no frills electric toothbrush, but has pretty much all you need to brush your teeth. The toothbrush has a 4.7 rating out of 1940 reviews on Superdrug, 4.3 out of 1202 reviews on Boots, 4 from just seven reviews on Currys and 4.3 out of 274 reviews on Amazon.
One person said: "Brought this for my son as I have one myself and found it a really good electrics toothbrush. Reasonably priced, easy to use and cleans teeth well." Another added: "Great product very good price, I am very happy with the toothbrush." A third said: "Nice toothbrush. Working without charge for whole week."

However, one unhappy shopper said: "Tedious and dull to use. No clear indicator of battery life and instructions in the box poor and not relevant to the model. I've tried three times to register for guarantee and the software keep throwing me out. The website says 1 year and the box says 2 years?." Another added: "No LED or little light to tell you whether or not it's charging. Very annoying having to press the button 3 times EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to use it. There's absolutely no need for the lower lower speeds - it's extremely irritating. Overpriced too."
If you want a few more bells and whistles on your toothbrush - including a pressure sensor - the Philips Sonicare 7900 is discounted down to £89.99 on Amazon. This is cheaper than buying it on Boots (£94.99) or direct through Philips (£145).
The four modes are: Clean, White+, Gum Health and Deep Clean+. Mostly self explanatory, White+ is for when you need to get rid of a stain and Gum Health is a gentle wash for your gums. The toothbrush has a 4.5 out of 4250 ratings on Amazon, 4.1 out of 269 on Boots, and a 3.9 out of 164 reviews on Philips.
