Why won't Skyward let me Login? ›

Q: What do I do if my login isn't working? A: Get in touch with your internal Skyward support team. They'll be able to reset your password or provide you with updated credentials as needed. Skyward does not have access to your password or account information.

You may use the "Forgot your Login/Password" link found on the Skyward Family Access Login prompt. Please enter your email address or user name As long as our system has your current e-mail, a Login/Password reminder will be sent. For most parents, this is the quickest and easiest way to get assistance.

⇒ If you attempt to get into your account multiple times and are unable to get in, you will be locked out. Please try the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link if you are unable to remember your password after the first 2 attempts.

Your Children

You'll find all Skysurfers members linked to your personal account here. You can register your kids for Skywards Skysurfers and link them to your account. As Skysurfers, kids between two and 17 years old can earn Skywards Miles every time they fly with Emirates and flydubai.

Helpful Tip: Your Skyward LOGIN (username) can be found in the password reset email you receive and, in the password reset screen.

A Member may at any time cancel and terminate their membership Account by advising an Emirates Contact Centre or via the relevant section on the Emirates App (iOS version).

Q: How do I create/register a new account? A: Your school or district can provide further instructions. Typically, an account will be generated for you and instructions for logging in will be sent out with back-to-school communications. Your school/district may require a basic application before providing credentials.

The common causes for account lockouts are: End-user mistake (typing a wrong username or password) Programs with cached credentials or active threads that retain old credentials.

You can easily enrol your kids to Skywards Skysurfers. Just add your child's details to link your Emirates Skywards account. Only one registered parent or guardian can manage a Skysurfers account while it is active.

If you already have a My Family account, you can simply add your child as a family member. You have to be the Family Head in the My Family account, your child has to already be a Skywards Skysurfers member and you are the registered parent/guardian managing their account for you to add them.

Log in to an admin or parent/guardian Nintendo Account in the family group. Select Family group. Select the Nintendo Account that you want to stop supervising. Select Lift parental controls restrictions.
